Just to give a little much deserved recognition, everyone should check out ADigitalman's Superman II:The Hybrid Cut. As the title suggests, it's a masterful composition of the best elements of the Donner Cut and the Lester Cut. On my DVD shelf, it goes S:TM, S:IIHC and SR.

O it most def does. If you go fanedit.org and look for the movie, you'll see that it also notably includes Lois figuring out who Superman is from the DC and the amnesia kiss as well as deleted scenes such as the Arctic Police and elevator bully.

Interesting, who ever's seen it should post their review of it here. If we get a few positive reviews it sounds good to me.

I also saw that other Superman cut taking parts from 2, 3, and 4 to make one Superman movie. It was really interesting. The only problem is that somehow i screwed up with the DVD so it would stop at every chapter...it completely took me out of the movie. But other than that it was really cool to see how it was all fit together.

The best cut of Superman II is the Restored International Cut. There is material in it you will not see in either the theatrical or director's cut.

The RIC cut has all the footage shot by both Lester and Donner which were including in the various TV airings including some annoying bits such as a Chinese family watching on TV the attack in the small town.

What it doesn't have is the footage seen in the Donner cut such as more Brando and a few alternate takes.

Definitely, the Hybrid Cut of II is the very best and far more consistent version than either Lester or Donner cuts.

Basically, its the Donner cut, with a much better pace, and some good Lester scenes (and finale) thrown in for good measure.

A Torrent is a file type used in file sharing. You download them off the internet and then use another program to open them. Go to download.com and download a program called "UTorrent". Then, after you install it, do a google search for "Superman II: Hybrid Cut Torrent" and download the file. Open the file w/ UTorrent and that's basically it.

You download a program called a "client;" I use "UTorrent." Then, you search websites known as "trackers;" "IsoHunt" and "Torrentz" are my two faves. You search and find the file you want and open it using the client. The file is very small so don't be fooled. It's really just a file that tells the client where to get the file you're looking for.

I have the very best Superman II cut in my mind, much better and more logical than all the cuts, better than the 2 official ones, better than the fan cuts that I see, but I cant make edit on video some special effects and sound, I am working in a guide with telling what we have to do, with captures to guide to the one who would like to do it, also I have the a difrent and better logiacal end, and we can make it with all the footage we have on both cuts, and the idea is try to put all the footage posible but that not means that we are going to put thisgs that are not good with the history. But everybody is beasy makeing their on cuts, so I have to wait to someone really whant to to do it, or see to do it myself in a future after to try to learn how to do it.
