Suprised it hasn't been made

lmao i swear if we did get a live action mega-man i can see emile hursch(sp?) playing him easily lmao

I think Emile Hirsch is going to have some trouble finding work for a while, seeing as he's the star of what will most likely be the biggest flop of the year.

YEah but since he died before the series finished there isn't much point. Plus with 12 books or whatever it would be way to epic to do as a movie, it would be better produced as a TV series IMO.

Books:

John Carter of Mars
A remake of 20000 leagues
The Alienist

Yes, he died before finishing book 12 (which will end the series), but another author is finishing that book based on RJ's notes.

I see no problem with them doing multiple WoT movies. Hell, they are doing 7 Harry Potter movies in a row, all with the original cast. Now, 12 movies with the same cast would be very difficult to get made in a timespan where the actors don't age very much, but I'm sure a clever screen-writer could condense the 12 books into a managable 6-7 movies.

Even better, the action and special effects needed for WoT would make it the perfect candidate for an all-CGI treatment like Beowulf.

I see I'm not the only one that thinks a live action Pokemon could be sick!!!
After seeing the Golden Compass and Narnia they can definitely pull it off!....but it also has a lot of potential to be really bad.

how about live action super mario brothers movie? I wouldn't mind seeing the jestons in live action movie. I always thought jim carry for geroge and dany devtio for mr.spacley. I don't know who could play ero or judyor jane!

MAUS!!!

Animated but still geared to an older crowd (not little kids), though that's the problem with western culture. Many people can't take animation seriously. Would be a terrific movie though.

Traditional animation and no CGI, right?

That would be pretty good. OR they could do the portions he's actually visiting his father as "live action" while the Holocaust stuff is animated.

would definitely prefer it black and white though.

Surprised they haven't contemplated a Ghost or Concrete movie yet.
