'Sword of Truth' aka Legend of the Seeker

I don't know, they might be able to right the ship in some ways. Richard has a beard which he does in the second book, but he's not been given the title of Lord Rahl like he is at the end of the first so he doesn't have Mord Sith of his own, though Cara seems to be with him now.

Freckles McRegan is out spreading..I mean promoting the new season

From what I can tell, Richard must be recognized as the new Lord Rahl early on during the first episode. A few of the pics show D'Haran troops hanging out with Richard and Kahlan.

Are you having some sort of issue with the awesome Bridget Reagan Comic Book Kid?

Yeah, there's no one more perfect for WW.

I love this show and I love Bridget Regan.

Also, I fully support a harem grouping with Richard getting Denna, Cara, and Kahlan. The books be damned.

But he does have a bunch of chicks always around him in the books. His Confessor, his Mord Sith which number in the hundreds but usually is a core group of 8, his sister, Nicci, Sisters Of The Light. It goes on.

Denna's dead though.

"Books be damned." Sounds like one of those people who hates reading. Whatever you say man, they may be different, but it's still Sword Of Truth. As different as it may seem to those of us who read the book, it's more similar than different. Though the differences do stand out.

I'm talking about the TV show, not the books. Jensen I believe is his sister in the TV show. However, since this isn't anime, they aren't going to do the sister complex garbage.

Denna's dead though.

She's alive and well in the series. She also hasn't turned good and boned Richard yet.

The core characters to me are still the same characters I read in the books. I just see the TV series as an AU like when an anime will do a series and then do an OVA with the same characters but a different timeline so its not canon to the series (see Hellsing anime and Hellsing Ultimate OVA's).

I'm saying, give Richard a harem of multiple spouses :D .

Just from this stupid statement alone, I can see you don't understand Richard at all. He cares greatly for Cara, Nicci, and Jennsen... but Kahlan is the only woman he wants.

Why the **** would he want his sister dude? That's freaking incest and this isn't Japanese anime.

I totally understand Richard and his devotion to Kahlan, his one true love.

That doesn't mean I have to agree with it :hehe: .

Much like the creator of Tenchi Muyo, I support harem endings.

How so? She's older than Richard in the books, heck, she's been "Death's Mistress" for more than 20 years at the point we meet her in the books.

FYI, she was not death's mistress for anywhere remotely approaching 20 years. I don't know where you even got that crazy number from.

Jolene is 34 and quickly approaching 35 and is starting to look every bit her age. It wouldn't be so bad if she looked 28 but she doesn't. I'm sorry to burst the hearts of trekkies everywhere but she's just too old for this role as well as many others in hollywood.

Actually, they gave the date when she left the Sisters Of The Light to join Jagang, plus the 100 years she spent at the Palace Of The Prophets where they do age, just really slowly. She's been Deaths Mistress for yes, quite long and does appear quite a few years Richard's senior. Doesn't stop her from being hot, she's just a bit older. It's in the same book that has her as a child and the whole overview of her life in the first half.

Or if you want it drawn out, in Stone Of Tears Sister Annalina left the Palace Of The Prophets in search of Richard but because prophecy said he was born by the time she found him he was 19 years old. Annalina herself said that some of her sisters (including Nicci) were now sisters of the dark and left to join the Order when she was just a student at the palace.

Ann wasn't just a Sister, she was the Prelate. And Verna was the one that found him after a 20 year trek, just because Ann sent her on a wild goose chase.

So where can I find full episodes of this show in the internet? I caught an episode on the sf fy channel a couple nights ago and I'm interested.

What channel does this show come on on television? I don't even know what channel the first season came on.

Duh! You're correct about Anna and Verna man. I always get them mixed up for some reason. So many new characters in that book alone.
