The Amazing Spider-Man TASM premiere plans!

So, with the premiere 2 days away, I thought it would be cool to hear and discuss of all your premiere day plans

Here's mine: I'm gonna wake up early with my friend (with all 3 spider-man movies watched previous night) and we're gonna go eat something very good t: then, I'm gonna buy a pizza that I'm gonna smuggle into the movie and also maybe chicken wings

ok, well, cool I have all these special plans (didn't even tell everything) because me and my friend have been waiting for this for so long and through every bit of news, trailers, and photos we've been more excited than about anything so it's very special for me

While I'm a huge Spidey fan, I really can't picture myself do anything more than just walk to the cinema with some friends, watch it and then go home again haha. I don't have any plans of the day.

Me and my best mate are huge spiderman fans, and we have always seen them, just me and him, together. We always see people we know, but it's always me and him who plan together.

Anyway, we plan on getting to the cinema and getting the tickets early so that we can just walk in to the screen. We plan on getting there early also so we can get the best seats. In the middle row, and in the middle.

I'll be wearing my new spidey t-shirt (the one based on the movie costume) and my mate said he's one upping me... by wearing his spidey costume... swine lol.

Oh yeah, this should be a top day. Beers and what not afterwards

Well our one screen cinema in my backwards town doesn't have it next week

So I'm taking a 4 hour journey to my friends house in the town I'm moving too, on Thurs night, to go see it with her

I know it's not opening night, but literally best I can do!

I swung by the theater today at lunch, and picked up two July 4th 10:10am tickets for our Cinemark XD Real3D screen. The wife has to work all day tuesday, doing payroll for payday on the 5th. Being the huge Spidey-aholic I am, it's not gonna be easy waiting the extra day to see it, but it'll still be great I'm sure. I just hope I can keep myself busy on tuesday B-)

I was supposed to see it this week but I picked up an extra shift at work and with my wife going out of town this weekend, looks like I won't be able to see it until a week from Tuesday at the earliest. I could try to see it sooner but the wife really wants to go with me so I'll have to wait.

I may or may not be going opening day. I was planning to, but I want to go visit my grandparents this week, and my grandma said she would take me, but somebody ran into her car, so she can't at the moment. I don't know how long it's gonna take to get her car fixed, so I may see the movie this weekend if her car isn't fixed by then.

It would take a tornado inside of a hurricane on top of an earthquake to even slow me down from seeing a Spider-Man film the second it came out, let alone stopping me.

Monday night: 8:15 PM and 11 PM showings (AVX).
Tuesday afternoon: 1 PM IMAX.

Hoping to hit one more screening after those 3 before I head back to Orlando.

Im going to chill at the TGI Fridays near my theater with a few of my friends going with me tomorrow night before the midnite showing have a few beers and some food and then get to my theater atleast an hour and a half early.

Does your grandmother have any interest in comic book movies or was she simply going to do you a favor by taking you to ASM?

I love the fact that they display the Stanley Cup from King's NHL championship in the LA red carpet premiere of ASM.
