Has anyone yet to ask him the background of the screening and how he got to attend?

well about this whole acid vs gas thing. I actually thought it was a given he got burnt by gasoline, since we saw it in the trailer. a drum of gas with two wires connected to it. makes sense really. besides in the pictures of two face (clip of him in back of car with gun and blurry pic of him in the bar clip) he looked a bit crispy as opposed to whatever acid burnt face is supposed to look like, i dont know im not a burn expert.

I think it may be legit now. Either that or he's one very clever guy..

He PM'd me some very interesting scenes. Sounds like he had a f'n great experience watching it and wants to tell all but knows he can't on a board..

Particularly about Rachel & Two-Face.

Well spill the beans homie, what'd he say?

Well let's have it.

I have no problem with the AMH answer. He is clearly simply indicating that the role did not seem large enough for an actor like AMH and that he does live.

This is what I don't get. How big a role in a huge summer blockbuster does AMH deserve? William Fitchner has a very small role and I'd consider him bigger than AMH.

I think the hype and rumors created around AMH's casting set everyone's expectations high, but in the end he's still a guy that post-John Hughes had a bit role in Freddy Got Fingered and played a made for TV Bill Gates.

Could you share, or PM?

yea come on bro let us have some copypasta in our inboxes plees.

And
Batman on the run is hardly a cliffhanger, he's always on the run
is he not?

It was reported on this site a while ago that
The Batman takes credit for the people that Harvey Dent murders in The Dark Knight. This makes The Batman go on the run. I guess he wants the "heroic" image of Harvey Dent and Dent's popularity to stay intact. Most citizens and the police will definitely be anti-Batman in the third movie.

It was an employee screening.. That's all he said.

That's common then and not a stretch for him to get into. I've said this before, the studio tour guides and their friends can get into those screenings.

How early do they get the films? Not trying to disprove him or anything, just a question.

Ok...here's what he told me about...be warned VERY SPOILERIFIC IF TRUE:

Joker kidnaps Rachel and Harvey and ties them to explosives in two separate buildings across town. He gives Batman both addresses and makes him choose who to save, he only has time to rescue one. Batman chooses Rachel and goes after her. When he gets there he kicks in the door and discovers Harvey. Joker tricked him and switched addresses - BOOM, Rachel's history. Harvey lives, but not before getting tragically maimed and starting down the road to becoming Two Face.

He also told me:

Joker gives Gambol a Chelsea grin, or it's at least implied that he does (he talks like the scene cuts away with Joker putting his knife in Gambol's mouth).

The Joker kills Loeb with poison (first comic appearance?)

The "gripping" ending involves Gordon's family somehow, and Gordon has a very large role.

Interesting

Well that's it with spoilers for me but thanks nevertheless. :)

That trick of the Joker sounds so very Nolan-esque that I don't think he made that up. It sounds so cruel, psychotic and evil - I just love it.

That I don't know, I'm sure it varies. I'm just saying it isn't impossible for the kid that cleans tables at WB's cafeteria and his MMPORG buddy to have seen the movie yet.

I have no self control either. :csad: Dammit, I need to pry myself away from here before I spoil everything. I can't help myself.

That first scene he told me about sounds awesome. Very Joker-esque and very Nolan-esque and really a scene that if it's real, will hammer home how evil and cruel The Joker is.

Ok, question:

He says that Harvey gets scarred by the explosion in the twin buildings, but in the forum he states that he gets scarred during the courtroom scene. Hm.... did I miss something?

Plus, the RT forum has gone awfully quiet after Norm asked his question...

The only reason that I'm not too heartbroken about reading that BIG spoiler is that in another thread I did say

that Rachel would die in a similar way. Not in that EXACT way, but by Batman being misled by the Joker.

F**k, I'm outta this thread. I just wanted a proper and detailed review of what he thought about the movie - how good are the actors' perfomances, how great is the action...that kinda stuff. Guess I'll wait for the critics' reviews then.
