The Dark Knight Teaser with Pirates?!

wait....i have a hunch....remember the new message that said "see you in DECEMBER"?! THAT'S PROBABLY when the trailer WILL be coming out!
 
yeah probably.

anyway i saw pirates last nite and there was no teaser

First official trailer... yes should come in December. First TEASER....should be coming out in July IMO. There is a difference between a teaser and a trailer. Some of you in here I don't think know this yet.....
 
i hope so, i don't wanna wait untill december just to see a teaser.

why not a teaser in december? dont you want to see some footage in the movie?
you want a teaser now. lets say that you get it ....what will happen if you wont get enough footage? then you will cry right?
 
The teaser will be in November or December (i bet on "I am Legend"). If they planned to have something in summer it would have been released with Harry Potter.
 
Announcement teasers are pointless, but I want a teaser as soon as possible anyway.
 
Nope, didn't happen, and I'm kinda glad it didn't--no other trailer could have withstood the awesomeness of The Golden Compass. I mean, it's got f**kin' Daniel Grieg, Sam Elliot, and a talking polar bear. You just don't f**k with that combination. :o
 
So, agian, why is this thread still open?
 
If the "December" thing is true, it is because a teaser is coming out in Decemenber. Not a trailer. The first teaser.
 
And what makes you assume that? Most teasers for big blockbusters come out about a year before release.

there needs to be a teaser this summer- a big tentpole franchise has to re-alert the public a year in advance. i know tons of people who loved batman begins and many had no idea the sequel is due next summer. starting in december is WAY too late. as folks are speculating- a teaser probably won't be announced.

i bet we'll see joker in the december trailer and hear him in this summer's teaser.

"See you in December" thing is not just giving us a teaser, release of batuit, Batmobile, pics of Alfred,Joker,Dent,Rachel etc..


By the time December comes there woiuld be first trailer, teaser probably be before December.
 
I'm covinced it will be with Ocean's 13. It's going to be WB's big movie in June, and there was a credible member's info on here that stated it would be earlier than we expected (which of course everyone expects it to be with Harry Potter or Transformers. So I'd put my money on OC13.
