I thought Dolph had a Randy Orton vibe going...not sure he needs the generic "angry heel" gimmick though. WWE should realize that the problem wasn't the hair (well, it kinda was...) but the big, big thing holding him back is that crappy name you saddled him with.

With regards to building new stars, somebody needs to send WWE a note that they need to let these guys win once and a while. It's really tiresome seeing a guy like Evan Bourne get squashed every week.

Nobody consistently wins except the main eventers and the guys who hold mid card titles. When someone loses their mid card title they automatically go on losing streaks. WWE no longer has that "anyone can win on any given night" feel to it so matches have become very predictable. If there's a number 1 contenders match between Randy Orton and Ted Dibiase everyone already knows who's going to win.

Not exactly smooth...but just like that Dolph Ziggler would be a thing of the past...

Bourne is lucky to have a job at all in WWE. He's talented, of course, but unless a guy brings a built-in following like Sin Cara/Rey, short guys don't last long in WWE. Sad but true.

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Punk fed to Orton over and over. Cena is the only guy in WWE higher in the pecking order than Orton, so I expect little or nothing to go Punk's way. If Punk only had Orton's body, he might be the biggest thing in WWE but Vince doesn't have that kind of faith in, as he put it, the "stringbean".

Second...Edge retired...and it was instantly ALL OVER this thread. I would suggest that Edge retiring from wrestling is a MUCH, MUCH bigger deal than Michelle from Tough Enough retiring from wrestling.
