I was talking about more tolerant believers and the decline in fanatics that see everything in black and white. The day religions gets along with science is the day we will be at peace. For people to tolerate all other cultures and ways of life will never happen but we can certainly increase the chances of it happening.

I was bashing Christianity literally years before I ever heard of moviefan.
And this thread...look at the first page.
It's bashing quotes from Christians on message boards, and I included quotes from Pat Robertson, George Bush sr., etc.

The whole thread here is about the backwards, or even evil beliefs that some Christians (NONE of whom post here) espouse.


And THEN, moviefan is the most adamant, and vocal, and outspokenly wrong poster here these days...so of course it turns toward refuting or challenging what he has said, or to correcting the false things he says...as he always flies in to Christianity's "defense".


But no WAY is this all about the one guy, under the "guise" of debate.
This didn't even start as a debate.
It was an exhibition of Christian ignorance, bigotry and hilarity.

I'm not sure whether your life has changed in the last week, but from what little updates you give us behind that fake visage of mystery you put up you still work as a hotel desk clerk at your "****e job" as you call it, still claim everyone else is at fault for the world's problems, still tout heavily that everyone else in the world is wrong despite having no formal education in any of the fields you so "lovingly" correct them on.

If anyone is in need of a reality check, it's you.

Moviefan may subscribe to a belief you, and I, disagree with, maybe with good reason. But you are in no place to correct him. He has not invited you to either. You can continue to debate him, I suppose, as long as the hype deems what you do as civil, but understand that belief you try so hard to bash (as you put it) gets him up in the morning, and keeps him happy...at least he seems happy...something you've never claimed to be, and I doubt are.

I should hope much like myself and Moviefan ironically, you find something besides that ****e job and this site, which frankly you seem very invested in, to keep you getting up in the morning...something that makes you happy.
