The 2012 Colorado and Minnesota Caucuses

Our local news anchor just said "it's shaping up to be a big night for Rick Santorum" and I'm incredibly impressed how she was able to say that with a straight face.

I'm not really sure...

It makes absolutely no sense to have a vote for nothing(which it basically was since no delegates will be handed out tonight). You think the political party knows that these primaries or caucuses are money makers both for the party and the state, so making the primary rather meaningless they cost themselves alot of money.

The only logical thing I could think of is Missouri is hoping for the off hand chance that when they decide how to hand out the deligates, those 49 points will somehow mean something and make them the center of attention.

The only one that's surprising me is Colorado. The others, not hard to see why they turned out the way they did.

Probably because she's a grown up who doesn't get the giggles from a years-old Google bomb.

Well that was a horrific night for anyone not named Rick Santorum.

My speech teacher likes Santorum...does not shock me, this is the South...South being Religious...

Santorum>Romney.

I said it...Romney is too flip flopper. Too Wall-Street.

Just remind him that Santorum wants to outlaw pornography. Red state citizens consume more porn than blue state citizens.

Disappointing night for Romney especially considering that he won those two states 4 years ago, but hopefully, he can save face by winning Arizona and Michigan.
