sight he problem with getting an xbox 360.. besides finding one.. is getting an hd tv also.. you need the hdtv to get the full benifit of the system

Well actually I did think of one new problem minus finding one and an HDTV. Which does up the quatliy but not by leaps and bounds, only by a marginal amount. Still looks great on regular tv.

But I am not sure if many of you know (which I would assume you do). But many have been recalled due to overheating and shutting down.

X360 looks amazing on SD TV. Its a huge bonus you can make it look even better with HDTV.

Yeah The powersource has been overheating. Most are due to user error.

Honestly, people stuff the powersource in the back of the entertainment unit (and often on its side or supide down ) what do the expect to happen.

The Xbox360 is watercooled AND has fans. It looks like the powersource should get the same treatment.

All the control units for the tv, house sound, cable, satellite, dvd/vhs, internet, and stuff is stuck in a tiny closet far away and it's like 120 degrees in there

I ACTUALLY THOUGHT ABOUT SOMETHING SIMILAR.

IMAGINE IF YOU CUT A RECTANGULAR OPENING IN BACK OF YOUR ENTERTAINMENT CABINET, AND TOOK THE DOOR OFF A MINI-FRIDGE. IF YOU FASTENED THE FRIDGE TO THE BACKSIDE, AND THEN SEALED AROUND IT, YOU COULD COOL THE INSIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE. AS LONG AS IT WAS VENTED WELL IN THE FRONT, IT WOULD NEVER ICE UP, OR CREATE ANY MOISTURE PROBLEMS (ASSUMING YOU SET THE FRIDGE ON A LOW SETTING).


BTW.....THE 'FIGHT NIGHT' DEMO IS AWESOME.

I THINK IT'S PERFECT: JUST ENOUGH TO GET YOU AROUND, BUT NOT TOO MUCH TO TAKE AWAY FROM THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE GAME.
BTW, DID YOU HAPPEN TO NOTICE HOW IT REALISTICALLY DIMS FROM TIME TO TIME (JUST LIKE A REAL FLASHLIGHT WOULD WHEN THE BATTERIES START TO WEAKEN), THE LONGER YOU LEAVE IT ON?

I'm going to put my 360 inside a mini-fridge

I put a pc in a bar fridge for a customer last year. its pretty tricky but not impossible.

The hardest problem would be having access to the DVD drive for the X360 since the fridge needs to be sealed.

Its not going to work if you have to open the fridge constantly to put a disc in the xbox.

Thats the only way to stop moisture buildup, a strong seal and a cap full of moisture crystals in the fridge (they suck up any small ammounts of moisture in the air)
