I love that look. The scene, too. Fun stuff.

Me too!!

I doubt it will make 1 billion if it had everything going for it, unless it was a miracle. TASM3 would be bound to make high 700 millions or mid 800 millions if it was really good.

I'd say it would be lucky to make 500 million if Sony continues on this pace.

I wish they would make the deal with Marvel. It would be a license to print money for BOTH studios. A joint production with Marvel in creative control would be a good candidate to make 1 billion.

Lucky to make 500 million if it was really good?? Dude, that's way too harsh. TASM2 made 700+ million and all you guys seem to claim that it was the sh***iest comic book movie in a while, so if TASM3 was really good then I fail to see why it would make 200 million less than the sh***y TASM2 if it was lucky. That makes no sense. It's freaking spider-man, and a good film, people will want to see it if its spiderman and a good film at the same time.

Hello everyone, I would like to say that I agree completely with Spider Sonic and Spider Ock. Also, it has been reported that it will snow tonight, So my friend Spider-Man over here dressed in the proper winter attire so he would be warm, Spider-Man urges you to do the same.

Disney should get out the checkbook and buy the rights back from Sony.

Maybe have Tobey be in Civil War. He would have good chemistry with RDJ.

Nobody wants Tobey back in the role.

Well some do, but I can't fathom why. He was an awful Spider-Man, total miscast. Good chemistry lol.

Oh, and I forgot to say, welcome to the forums Spider-Sonic! :)

I think Daltonio has the potential to be a Mod on this site.

If Tobey was a miscast, does that mean we need to make up a new word for how horrible Garfield was?

Neither were awful. Tobey is my favourite but I've since moved on and accepted his time is done. I'm not against a Marvel led series, but would prefer it if Garfield finished his stint with TASM3.

Garfield wins in my eyes, but I don't think Maguire was awful. Just not the right fit.

People if you start arguing about Andrew and Tobey here you get in trouble from mods.

I wasn't trying to start an argument. I didn't say anything explicitly bad about Maguire. But if even sober, reasonable points are reportable offenses, then there's nothing I can do about that.

Same role, different interpretation.

TASM2 could serve as an ending of sorts to the Webbverse series, but I think there's more story to tell. Norman coming back, JJJ appearing and MJ. But I'm just a spectator like everybody else. Hopefully we hear something soon. (That dread word 'soon'.) :hehe:

I'm joking about Garfield being the worst ever though, imo he was to Spidey what Kilmer was to Batman. Passable, but meh at best.

Garfield wasn't perfect, but he went above and beyond what most expected, and shined in what were, overall, poor films.
