It had the July 4th weekend and had 17 days before TDKR. Most Summer movies make at least 80% to 85% of their total American gross during the first 2 weeks.

Not speaking financially, just in terms of buzz. Kind of felt under the radar to me, likely just because everyone was all over the other two

This just feels official somehow, I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because it follows a similar pattern to Fox's F4 twitter (which mysteriously popped up a little while before they started promotion) and how it has the same thing that the other MCU accounts has (@*propertyname*... ex: @inhumans, @drstrange @captainmarvel) which are also pretty basic, like that Hulk account.

It seems to be awaiting its purpose, much like that ready made Captain Marvel twitter page.

You're right, all of it does feel pretty official.

I mean, I guess it could always be an account for the Spidey comics world, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up for that.

So question guys. If asm3 where to be made but with out pascal and avi how much more confident would you be that the movie could be good/great? 10% 20% ect?

About the same as I am now since I already have faith in Sony, lol.

I saw DOFP, and it was AWESOME!!! second best movie from 2014 IMO.

I have a feeling quality will be the determining factor with the saturation of movies that year. Hopefully, people's taste in movies will improve and movies like Transformers 5 won't be the highest grossing movie.

I don't care which movie grosses the most as long as it's good.

I'm wondering how Dr. Strange will fair if it goes head to head with S6.

And it's really sad that spiderman can't be that competition,the big blockbuster film the other films aim to beat. I want him back on that pedestal, he deserves it.

The twitter one? Yup! It's extremely suspicious. Why would marvel acquire that twitter right now of all the times? Agent M from marvel confirmed they acquired it, but says nothing is going in, but keep in kind he'd be legally obligated to say it's not related.

Interesting developments.

I noticed that this account is not following Sony Pictures, but is following the MCU films and Marvel Entertainment.

I guess we'll see where this goes.

That may be true, however it is following other verified MCU accounts like Captain America: Winter Solider, Daredevil and The Avengers. Who really knows though. We're all desperate for some news.
