I think maybe more of a daft punk-esque dome would be the way to go. Then maybe sleek black armor. And a cape. And then glowing blue smoke in the dome

Again with the dark armor? First Vulture now Mysterio? I hope the villains don't all wear dark armor. Their classic costumes could actually work quite well. Some changes would be okay, but for pete's sake they don't all have to wear dark armor.

I'd say almost all the rogues traditional costumes would work, but not Mysterio. I never liked his look.

Give Mysterio the Daff Punk helmet and a robe and he's good.

If Darth Vader can work, Mysterio can.

Well I was just using that as an example, but a bright green armor and purple cape would work as well.

And the actor underneath the helmet's gotta kill it, he'll be at the disadvantage of having his face covered, so he'll have to do all his acting through voice and mannerisms

^ They might try to give the actor face time, so you never know.

I actually don't see Mysterio moving around a lot. I think he has to do very minimal movement, possibly when blocking a melee attack from Spidey, but his powers do the rest.

He needs a badass voice, though.
