Mostly agreed. Aside from the web pattern on the chest area, (the globe) I have no problem with the head, neck, arms, or torso.

The legs and feet (and kinda the hands) are terrible though.

IMO, i think the suit looks pretty cool, doesn't stray too far away from the comics, pretty much a new take on an existing design

See, the web pattern honestly doesn't bother me. It resembles a web for the most part, imo, and it's black stitching, so I am not bothered by that.

And I am getting more and more used to with the gloves. The legs and feet are my biggest issue, and I'm not surprised if it's the biggest issue for any fan.

Lizard looks cool. I can honestly say, it looks cool and scary.

It's not our classic raptor dino Lizard we were all thinking, but it looks real, and real scary.

Trust me, it's not a big issue, it's barely noticeable, in fact it's really fascinating and thrilling - especially during that scene in the school's bathroom. His eyes are deadly, almost inhuman, he even makes that sinister smile and licks that poor girl's face, before he devours her and her classmate).

He licked her, smiled and the there was this black screen with the logo, but not before you could hear his roaars and crunches. I really doubt that they've survived the encounter.

Agreed. I love the original Ditko look.

Overall, I like that story wise, this film borrows mostly from the Ultimate books, but look and personality wise, the characters are still very much the Ditko/Lee versions, just with a modern edge.
