Nice commercial. The moment with webbing the burger reminded me webbing the pizza in SM2.

I'm glad the movie won't have that goofy tone.

It's fine in small doses but gets old.

That's now my fav commercial I absolutely loved that part and a shot to those who complain and nit pick on the suit LOL

If you cant be stuffed clicking the LINK HERE IT IS.

Isn't it a little early for tv spots?

I thought they'd save that ad money for the final 10 days then flood the tv airways.

That suit really grew on me... It has a creepy arachnid vibe to it as well.

I love this picture. It speaks volumes of both characters, especially Peter Parker, he's holding her, very close, even the way he's got her hand cupped in his, being protective, but his facial expression and his eyes carry sincerity and pain, while Gwen seems very much 'care-free'.

edit: also if you view the bigger picture, you can see where his glove lines up with his suit, i never noticed that before.

and yes I'm probably reading alot into the picture. being a photography maniac I can't help it :P lol

Nice commercial. It does remind me of SM2 when Spider-Man webbed and took the pizza away from the guy's mouth. lol

Lol. Yeah. It's not really supposed to get anything other than "These two are in love/Here's the hero and his woman." across, cool analysis though, Scar. :P

I went back into my DVD collection the other night and re-watched Spider-Man 2. I found that movie still holds up very well in balancing the tone and character of Spider-Man and Peter Parker. I always loved how the first half of the movie seems solely dedicated to the universe taking a dump on Peter. Everything is constantly going wrong, bit by bit, building up to that breaking point of MJ agreeing to marry John and Peter having to hear the announcement in front of everyone. It had a great message, and the train fight still blows my mind. The things I had issues with in SM2 all seem to be getting "fixed" in ASM (a flat love interest, non-quipping Spidey), but all in all I was reminded why SM2 is still one of my favourite CBM's...and the soundtrack was awesome :-D Here's hoping ASM can continue the tradition :)

Ugh it doesn't matter, this isnt the place to be discussing Batman. The Raimi fans just stop please the two movies were good for their and time and I have them but now accept a new Spidey or not. Funny how this started with one person who had something stuck up their butt and looking for someone to give them attention.

I believe the attention ****ing started when someone posted how the previous suit was tacky and then followed up by how a replica of that amateurish suit can be purchased at a costume shop for cheap.

Then of course you felt the need to join in...I guess for attention as well. We all love attention!

Umm no I was agreeing with Ram and nothing else and I dont start anything with anyone which you attempted but that's all I have to say this issue is squashed

Looks kinda rapey to me. Creepy.

Think you're reading too much into it, lol.

Lol, knew people would probably say that, what can I say? I'm a photography maniac so I can't help it :oldrazz: thanks troy :woot:

My best guess is that yes.

Anyone seeing TV spots so far now?

Yup..on NBC Thursday during 30 Rock and FOX Sunday during the simpsons. And I agree with Legend, no way is it too early for TV Spots. This is the last full week of May, so it may as well be June now, meaning the movie comes out in a month at that point

So who's going to check out this 6 minutes of spidey on midnight Thursday? I'm extra conflicted
