I'm assuming, that the promotional people are haters of the movie Lizard's head and, therefore, they've changed it to the McFarlane one, which makes no sense... at all. Poor children.

I agree it does looked like it was photoshopped. The shade of the head seems a little too dark compared to the rest of the body, but I wouldn't mind at all if that is the real thing

Why does his body look so misproportionate (big) compared to his head (which is obviously shopped on)? They can do better than that.

Yeah, the amount of leaks so far have really killed the excitement for the Lizard "reveal."

I'm still excited to see the Lizard in footage. The quality of the footage is fantastic and it'll be interesting to see the Lizard in motion. Spidey too for that matter.

I agree. Although, even if the Lizard reveal doesn't blow me away, I will still be excited to see how everything in the movie looks in 3D, the Lizard included. This movie just seems like it was meant to be seen in 3D
