I think Ronan is dead - otherwise it would not make much sense, that Ronan should bring Thanos the power stone so that he can destroy Xandar for him (with it) (as revenge)!!
Or, that Ronan, now knowing about the power stone, wanted to do it by himself - watch also the dailogue in GotG "if he touches the ground of Xandar with the stone..." ...

But you can restore many "things" with the stones

Ronan was clearly destroyed. They set that up throughout the movie as what the Power Stone does, it would be bizarre to retcon that later on in an Avengers movie.

Zemo is my pick for a guest appearance. He may set something up for the future phases. I would also like to see him try that brainwashing on Bucky again only for it not to work.

If they bring anyone back I think it would be Abomination or Red Skull. They obviously want to use Zemo again at some point, but I'm not sure how you can make him relevant to a Thanos story.

Ronan's story is over. A fanatic hell bent on revenge for his people. What do you need this character back for? They didn't leave any opening for his return unlike Zemo or even Red Skull. Thanos has the Black Order to do his bidding in IW. They are bringing in new cosmic villains not dead ones.

Unless there are plans for the Thunderbolts in the MCU, Zemo should not return.

He's seen the error of his ways, shown in a brief glimpse as a care giver for the Zandarian elderly.
Dies in IW2 saving Peter Quill when trying to emulate their dance off but with Thanos. Killed instantly ('again').

I know its Odd and Far Too Early but with Thor Ragnarok out the way could there a Little chance to see a Small Teaser with GOTG Vol 2 ???

They won't give any tease footage this early. The credit scene should be connected but no way will it be actual footage from IWs, like Ant-Man had for Civil War and Strange had Thor 3.

I suspect the earliest we'll see anything for Infinity War is with a post-credits scene or teaser with Thor: Ragnarok. One of the post-credits scenes for Homecoming might be IW related though.

Considering this is an Avengers film with the usual summer date, I'd say we'll get the (also usual) trailer drop in October. In time to play in front of Ragnarok.

Only thing that might change that is the Russo Brothers. They held off on the Civil War trailer and really just any promotion at all for longer than usual. Or really just scattered.

Well IWs is the biggest event in the MCU, I expect them to promote as hard as Avengers 1. However I don't think they will over do it and forget to promote Black Panther. Many people are looking forward to BP and that deserves to get attention. The first teaser for that should be around D23 and another trailer in front of Thor 3. I say the after credit scene maybe a clip from IWs.

Zemo isn't a physical threat and works as a mastermind manipulator. I don't really see a role for him in this movie. If Marvel wanted someone to fill that role they would probably pick Loki over Zemo.

Red Skull could come back one day if Hugo ever changes his mind or Marvel is willing to recast.

I don't see a particularly compelling reason to bring Ronan back.

Thanos and The Black Order are enough villains for this movie.

Why would Thanos even bother with Ronan at this point? Ronan betrayed him and got vaporized.

All I want to see is Thanos, Hela, The Black Order and whatever legions they're commanding (need to be a hell of a lot better than the crappy Chitauri or Ultron's drones though).
