Jean Grey is on 2, as is Bucky Barnes, and I think Alpha Flight has a couple on 2 as well (Vindicator/Guardian and Northstar?)

Thor is sort of on his 2nd as well now (though he was more asleep than dead after Ragnarok).

Others I know of that are on 1 death and have come back:
Captain America
Hawkeye
The Thing
Colossus
Elektra
Havoc
Magick
Alpha Flight (all of them?)
Adam Warlock

And currently on 1 and still dead:

That's Marvel's biggest problem IMO. Everythings about the short-term. Kill a character here, get some sales and a few headlines, call it a day without any regard for how this effects the big picture. Then bring said character back within a year and make another big thing out of it.
Overall I've been on board with the stuff that Marvels been doing for the past 10 years or so, but I'm starting to understand just how gimmicky so much of it is.

In Marvel Zombies EVERYONE is dead.

Don't get me started with the zombies crap. When I first saw that I thought it was a one-shot joke, but it just went on and on. I showed my brothers the books in Borders and they were even more appalled than I was. That, along with Gwen Stacy as Osborn's brood mare, cannibal Hulk, the destruction of the Scarlet Witch and Civil War cemented our determination to stay as far away from the comics side of Marvel as possible for the foreseeable future.
