I really want to hear from Banner the most, tbh. I know what Thor's character is like and can already see how he fits into the dynamic of the group. But knowing Banner is being brought onto the team because of his scientific expertise and not because of his Hulk-ness makes me want to see his dynamic with the others the most.

I will admit, the one thing I do like about the poster is that Thor looks like a badass. That's one thing they did get right.

I feel the same way, it's one of my favorite shots of Thor out of all the promo material released so far.

Very understandable, neither one of them has had much dialogue in any of the previously released footage.

I'd like someone with a little bit more early Avengers knowledge answer a question that's been on my mind if that's cool.

To my understanding, the Avengers were originally created by an idea that Tony Stark had and was run privately without any interference. In the MCU, it's all very clearly an idea that comes from SHIELD and Nick Fury. I'm pretty sure the Ultimates followed that template, and whereas I like it to a certain degree, I don't like it as much as 616 Avengers. At least in the current runs of both books anyway.

So are there any doubts/fears/concerns that the Avengers are going in a "Nick Fury's Super Secret Boy-Band" route and not the heroes united under the same cause operating on their own? What I've always liked in 616 is that the Avengers and SHIELD are always at odds and it usually makes for some pretty good stories. The Ultimates is alright, but it gets too extreme at times and worries itself with being too gritty. It has a hard time striking that balance between fantastical and grounded.

I'm hoping that Nick Fury brings them together, but by the end they realize they work a lot better as a private unit separate from SHIELD's influence.
