Well Schreiber was up for Dent before Aaron Eckhart won the role in TDK. I can see him working well.

Remember that one awesome manip of Schrieber as Two Face?!

I'm not looking for an extensive Two Face origin story this time. I'd just like to see a more gangster like Two Face this time. They can mention his origin in passing

Hamm would be good but I always assumed if he ended up in a superhero movie he'd either be the lead or a main villain and I don't see Two-Face being the big bad in a Batman movie any time soon.

Would be cool tough.

What makes him "too on the nose" exactly? I don't think that two face is the kind of role that lends itself to a singular perfect choice or "too on the nose" choice. Unlike someone like Lex Luthor where Mark Strong was a very popular choice and came across as some what a boring or perhaps a lazy pick same for Cranston as Lex. But i certainly dont think Hamm is too on the nose for Harvey Dent.
