Hard to do a story about a master spy years after everyone in the world knows who she is, especially when she has so many friends that could help her solve any problem.

I wouldn't mind seeing Black Widow lost on the other side of the galaxy or something, completely out of her element.

Why would she ask her friends for help? She's a great independent spy.
A film that could tell a little about her past + some new adventures. It would be like Bourne.

Not famaliar with the comic story but given the power of Thanos and scope of story I do not see how BW will play much of a role. She is not superpowered at all.

They're going to make people around really stupid/inept, like they've done so far.

I liked her hair in Ironman 2 Hated the mom bobs in both Avengers, Didn't like how thin her hair looked in TWS, LOVED it in CW. I hope it stays similar.

Joss ruined BW in both Avengers. I loved LOVED BW in the comics. He watered her down & made her their mom. She got better in TWS, and I really liked her again in CW. So I'm very excited for IW since Russo bros have got this. I have the utmost faith in him for every character actually.

To me it's the quality of the scenes. It doesn't matter how long they were on screen for. The point is, the times they were on screen forcing this to happen was the problem. It's not about quantity, it's about quality. I never said it ruined the movie or caused permanent damage. I was giving my opinion on that part of the film.

If it was executed better, then maybe it would have worked.
But it came out of left field which made it seem forced & shoehorned in.

I'm sure the Russos will do a fine job of correcting the situation.

The article writer thought it was Natasha but... the hair is clearly blonde. And she's not dressed in a BW suit - those are dark pants + a jacket. What do y'all think? She could just be a random stunt character.

I'm not sure. Just speculating since the link above says that scene with blonde Natasha included Cap as well. Also we know about some scenes with BW, TChalla and Cap. I bet Nat dyed her hair because she's on the run.
