He has the square chin too like the animated Batman, but he looks rather gaunt. It's not just a matter of bulking up, he has to fill out his face as well. Then we'll see. He's too slight at the moment.

Yeah, I agree, but it's possible he could put on some weight and look the part. Right now he has a very similar look to Luke Evans (IMO) who has also been suggested here as a Batman candidate frequently.

Can't tell if that's the case or not, but from the photo of Friend posted, his build (especially around his neck and head area) looks more similar to Neil Patrick Harris - that kind of svelte look, which isn't bulky or rugged enough looking for Bruce Wayne.
