The Dark Knight Action Figure SCOOP

I went to two different Targets today and none of them even had price listings for the Movie Masters Series(which means the sdtores don't even have them)
So I settled for a two-pack of "Grapnel Launching Batman VS Punch Packing The Joker"

Well, looks like there's gonna be some fist fights at Wizard World Chicago this week.

Should I bring my extras to sell? I'm in Chicago too ... when is Wizard World?

if u buy some extras can u save one for me in case my mom is willing to but it for me? I really really want a movie masters figure however i will not even attempt to get one that is priced ridiculously high like the ones of ebay.

BTW here are picks of the toys i mentioned(and despite it being cartoony the joker figure actually does resemble Heath Ledger, obviously a cartoonish version though. and its not too bad of a figure. my only complaint is that the turso won't turn and that his neck isn't "flesh colored" like the MM version. and honestly i like the hair on this fiure better. he has more hair like the way he actually does in the movie while the MM has less, shorter hair.

Yeah bro, I might even be able to sell you one I have now ... but I got to see what Mattel has planned for the line first. Hang on, bro.

I'm not going to lie ... the 5 inch TDK Joker while toned down ... is a very good representation of the character from the film. It's a very creepy. It even has the posture Heath used for the Joker, with a slight hunch. I gave mine a nice automatic gun for his firing hand though, I suggest you do the same.

Where did you get that 2 pack, bro? And how much did it cost? BTW, the 2 packs of the 4 inch figures are out at Target.

Thanks man
No prob, anytime I can help a fan out. I need to get that 2-pack. As individual figures, the 5 inch ones are way too expensive now. They raised the price in a month from like $7 to just about $9. Ridiculous.

$14.99 for those two figures is incredible. BTW, I actually think the 5 inch version of TDK Batman is a better figure. The cloth cape, with its length and movements to me makes it a better looking figure than even the Movie Masters version. Not a fan of the small, molded, plastic cape.

Yea it's like ppl say they don't like it because it's animated style, but it's a really good figure

I picked up the 4" 2packs of Bats/Joker and Bats/Scarecrow. I passed on the Bruce pack and they didnt even have the Thug pack. I also noticed there was a sticker for a 6" figure for 12.99. Not sure what thats gonna be.

I also grabbed the Joker wall scroll at FYE.

I'm probably gonna bet that Batman/Joker 2-pack. I've completely given up on the MM figures (until the Two-Face ones come out :cwink:) and I want at least one Joker figure. Guess I'll just settle for this one.
