To a show you've seen.

Dinosaurs takes the cake, man. I never saw it, but I read about it on various websites. What a downer, literally. :csad:

So, howabout you chumps?

Yeah, Dinosaurs was an awesome show. One of the most emotionally disturbingly finales ever.

Arrested Development

Why the hell did FOX cancel such an amazingly talented series? Cant get much darker than that.

Farscape, before they did the final mini-series thing. :o

What happened on Dinosaurs?

The first one that comes to mind is Rossanne. Not exactly a happy go lucky ending. Also Xena was a bitter sweet ending. I thought the evolution of Gabrielle was one of the best in television, but Xena dieing was a bummer.

What happened on Dinosaurs?

The ice age.

The last scenes are the Sinclair's all in the living room with warm cloths on. Earl is explaining to Baby, who doesn't really understand what's going on, that "Daddy was put in charge of the earth and he didn't take very good care of it." Everyone promises Baby that no one's going to leave him and that they'll all stick together. Earl's final line is "Yeah, dinosaurs have been around for millions of years. It's not like they're going to suddenly disappear." Then it shows snow outside the Sinclair's home. Then the newscaster comes on and says the forecast will be darkness and snow. His final line in the series saying "This is Howard Armupbody saying goodnight. Goodbye." Then we see their house slowly freeze.

Dang.:csad:

Maybe he was laughing at the anchor's name: Howard Handupme. Either I have a very corrupt mind,or that's one of the most blatant innuendos I've ever heard. Another reason I loved that show, besides Baby Sinclair.

hahahahahahahahaha:woot: :o

his reaction was funny. the ending is kinda sad.

But only kinda.

Cheers, if you really think about it and track how all of the characters ended up, has one of the most depressing finales ever. Just my opinion though. :o

Angel's finale was pretty bleak, but also sort of positive in a funny way.

Damn...That isn't right....:csad:

Space: Above and Beyond.

Pretty much every character was either dead or captured. I think only two walked away.

Roseanne...It turned out Dan died, they never won the lottery and the entire last season hadn't really happened. :(
