So, it was pure speculation on your part, right?
I liked electric Superman.I don't know. They let Superman become electric
You gotta pick and choose your spots, WB![]()

By that token, any question of morality is speculation. If a question can't be answered by proof, does that make all conversation on the subject speculative? So, it was pure speculation on your part, right?
Basically you're standing up for a guy who a) posted a rumor he had no proof of as a "news story" and b) continued to push and spread said rumor without any credible proof. So, yes, in effect he made something up, spread it, and then said it was all "so not true" when he failed to find any proof of it.What part of "rumour" aren't you guys getting? He reports on what he hears, and lists them according to their varying degrees of truth. Sometimes they come to pass and sometimes they don't.

Oh crap, that was THAT Earth? Damn, I liked that one. It was like at least somewhere in the multiverse, happy endings are occasionally acceptable.Technically, "Batman" has already died, fried by S-Prime in countdown. Granted, it was Jason as Bats, but you get the idea...t:
t:Yeah, your "boy" Rick Johnston held a rumor up as credible, put a yellow light up with it and everything when he hadI'm not standing up for anyone. I'm calling it like I see it. I see a rumor columist reporting rumors. You're the one calling it a "news story," not me and most certainly not Rich Johnston himself.
Well we officially have proof someone made something up because it was never happening in the first place, considering the fact that Dan Didio said it was never happening.Huh? I'm sorry, but I fail to see how you can accurately claim that anyone made anything up.
In other words, when some assh*** posters sends him something without, I don't know, fact checking with someone he posts it and says "it's probably true".Were you there? I don't know why it's such a hard concept for you to grasp, but it's a RUMOR column. The word on the street, according to whatever street Johnston hangs out on, was that there were plans to off Bruce Wayne.
No, Didio said they were never happening. period. Now, those plans may have changed, or perhaps someone just misheard something, or perhaps that info was intentially leaked by DC to Johnston for whatever reason. It could be any number of things.
In case you don't know Dan Didio actually works for DC, and he said at Wizard World Texas "THERE WERE NEVER ANY PLANS TO KILL OFF ANY OF THE BIG 3". period. My point is, I don't know and neither do you. Yet, of the two of us, you're the one claiming to know EXACTLY what happened here, without offering up a single bit of credible proof.

t:DOOD I JUST HURD THERE KILLINGG OF NIGHTWING IN INFINTE CRIS!Watch as this same exact rumor with the same exact speculation and overreaction shows up again in less than two years from now.
Yeah. He claims that the way Flash The Fastest Man Alive went down was all planned from the very beginning, which has to be horse****. He's also claimed that the editorially mandated reboot of Doom Patrol being retconned less than two years later was also planned "all along."has he?
Loudly, publicly, and obviously.Has Rich Johnston?
Why would anybody say "snickers and giggles"?
