Very intrigued by Weaver's character, hopefully she can continue the trend of strong villains in the 'flix shows (sans Iron Fist)

Didn't they show an evil kid in season 1 of Daredevil, and sucked the blood out of the ones called Black Sky to use it to resurrect the dead in season 2 and those kids turned evil killers, only for the reveal in the end to be that Elektra was a Black Sky all along and she is a commander and a chosen king or something?

LC got better reviews than it deserved because the sample episodes they sent out cut off before the series shot itself in the foot. Of course, that could be happening here too since there's no telling what happens in the back half of this, but the reviews here still seem pretty positive. "Flawed but good" is the general consensus I'm getting, which is the same that DD S2 got, and I LOVED that. And everyone seems to be in agreement that it's not an Iron Fist-esque dud, so I'm good.

I do not disagree on LC. I am just talking about the reviews in general. My favorite season of the shows so far was DD S2. So if it is that good, I will be very happy. t:
