I just started less than an hour ago. I'm loving it so far! I got my snacks and phone on one side and my work laptop on the other (just in case).

I had really serious doubts about the show coming off the heels of Iron Fist, but five episodes in and I'm really enjoying the **** out of it. It's not the quality of Jessica Jones solo series or Daredevil's, but it's still real good.

I just started episode 6 and I love this show. This so so so makes up for Iron Fist's complete misstep. After the first ep the plot moves swiftly and I am loving the chemistry and banter between these characters. Danny is SUCH a better written character when he is surrounded by the group. I just love the style and vibe of the show, hopefully these remaining 3 eps stick the landing! I wanna see Danny get a suit, damn it! Its time!

this has me wondering why was Danny so underwhelming in Iron Fist? Isn't he kinda a joker in the comics? Cause IF had him flip between being naive and moronic to being brooding 24/7. At least in this, he can crack a joke and smile every now and then.

i haven't really followed the plot much. i'm too much enjoying the interaction among the team.

I'm pretty much through the first half and while it may not be on par with the first two seasons of Daredevil I am really enjoying this so far. It picks up in episode 2 and the momentum hasn't stopped yet. Also, Danny is utilized so much better in this show. It's almost like he's a completely different character IMO and I'm sure that's due to the writing.

I don't know if it's the DD team that's also responsible for writing the screenplay, but whoever they are I hope they get them for future seasons of IF.

Im on ep 7 and this is 10/10 so far. BUT I have to say, even tho Danny is much much better in this, Finn Jones is still a weak spot. There are still scenes where Finn reverts back to that annoying, brooding Danny and sometimes when he tries to act tough I just dont buy it with this actor. Not like with Cox, Ritter and Colter. Those three prop him up well enough but on his own he is still a liability.

But hopefully Finn grows into the role more in the future.

I'm 2 in and loving it. Matt's arc about giving up his Daredevil identity is maybe the best "hero decides to retire from superheroing" arc I've seen in live action. I also like how Luke is much more accepting of his role as Harlem's hero. Jessica is enjoyable and while I don;t much care for Danny, I don;t think he drags the show down much at all. Sigourney Weaver is excellent as always, but her character hasn't grabbed me yet. So far so good!

Finished it. Wasn't quite as satisfying as I'd hope, but was way better than I was expecting. It's clear that Jessica Jones and Daredevil are the dramatic heavy hitters. Luke Cage is terrific, but Iron Fist is still insufferable. At least his fight scenes are better.

I'm really liking this slower burn leading up to everybody meeting. Feels well paced and like there's no rush to get them together, and yall know what they say about anticipation.

Man, I wish they would just go straight to Defenders Vol. 2, than go back to those solo series which are just gonna be longer in Iength.
