I have no problem with it. Within the MCU it makes sense and it actually puts it into continuity with what happened in IM3. Tony doesn't need the suit to be Iron Man. He knows he's a hero with or without it. This is great imo.

The design and new story of the creation of Ultron is bad @$$. I can't wait to see him attempt to eliminate the Avengers in next summer's sequel.

Unicrons design is awesome, they got that spot on, he looks pretty much exactly like the comics, especially the more modern ones.

And while I still have slight problem with Stark designing him instead of Pym, the explanation of why Stark designed him is pretty damn good, so once we see the movie I dont think it will be an issue.

No, seriously, it's spot on. From what we can see in that picture it looks incredible. I want to see the full design, but right now, I would have to give it a 10/10.

Side note, Cap's suit looks great too.

That's perhaps an earlier/later iteration of Ultron. I think it's safe to say he'll constantly be upgrading throughout the film.

Maybe when Stark designs him he'll give him a slightly human face, for PR purposes etc.

Then as the film goes on and Ultron becomes more and more disgusted with humanity he changes his appearance.

They said theres 3 versions of ULTRON. So this one could be the first or 2nd. I think the final one will look really close to the comic book version.
