The fact that Mel is in this makes me even more disappointed that Bruce is not. I always dreamed of a die hard/lethal weapon showdown. Banderas is a surprise, but he really shouldn't be cause he's awesome!

OMG I've been hoping Gibson would be cast!! Back when they first announced E3 I said Gibson, Kurt Russell, and Clint Eastwood were a must. This is great news, I never thought they'd actually do it.

don't care what anyone says, i LOVE Mel Gibson. as for Antonio Banderas, it is a very pleasant surprise. just hope his character is as hilariously crazy like the one he played in Assassins, which coincidentally also starred Stallone

Same here. If he wants to rant and rave about Jews and cuss his ex out because he didn't like the way she was dressed..like a ****, it's none of my business. I love him as an actor and especially a director. It's great to see that he'll be in this as well as Machete 2(I think?).

My wife and I are also super happy Banderas is in this.
