I just read The Killing Joke. These two, Batman and Joker, really have issues. One minute, they were killing each other and the next, they were laughing TOGETHER at Joker's joke about inmates escaping an asylum. Bizarre. Anyway, if Ledger will look ANYTHING like TKJ Joker, I'd be satisfied. Just tone down the purple and green and you have Nolan Joker.

you see my freind i might go for anohter job all toghter or i might go free lance modelling and just wait for phone calls i make my decision by the end of the week

It does seem a bit out of order, but it's one of those strange professions that doesn't follow normal rules.

Firing people just because of injury sounds a bit too harsh. They could have at least give you time to heal and get back in the business.
