its good

as you know im on a ten day break mostly beach and town and mates

Oh yeah. Enjoy the good times until you're back at work. Taht's one good thing about this job - lots of holidays

i know and still get pays even on holiday i cnt remember how much now but its quite alot coz its a posh school

I watched both my parents die horribly from smoking. My dad was the worst. He had cancer in his stomach and it created a large tumor in his throat. He spat up all the time and could hardly eat. He basically starved to death and he went down hard. No one should ever have to go like that. No one.

Yeah, it was worse for my dad because he smoked AND drank. The double whammy. It really freaked me out. I lost both my parents and my uncle on my mother's side to cancer. I went to my doctor and he told me that I wasn't as at much risk as I feared becuase I don't smoke or drink. These cases were what he called "behavioral" cancers. That it was lifestyle choices that took down these folks, not something fluky or from heredity. My granny is 88 and going strong. Those three cancer victims never made it past 57. Think on that some the next time you light up.

Good for you. It's really not worth it, you know. And you don't have to go it alone. If you still have cravings there is the patch and the gum and Zyban and every other thing. It still amazes me that cigs are even legal, really. Any other product that has killed as many people would have been yanked off the market long ago.
