I like Japanese wrestling but I don't watch enough to feel comfortable discussing it. I feel like I would be lost talking about it with Nolan and Hunter.

My brother was t Knights of Glory III tonight.. Met a few guys.

Apparently it was a VERY good show. After seeing all these pics I wish I could have went, lol.

I loved WCW/NWO Revenge.. I'll always have a spot in my heart for No Mercy though. I made SO many guys in that game.. Hell you can still upgrade it (PC ROM anyway) to get modern guys in there as creations, complete with theme music, attire, entrance, etc.

Jericho mentioned in his latest podcast that his next book comes out in October. He said his feud with Shawn Michaels is covered extensively. It was his favorite feud.
October 13th is the release date and I'm very excited for it.
I love that Raven was on the cover with those guys.
It took me years to realize that it was supposed to be the leader of each group. nWo, Wolfpac, Raven's Flock, and WCW.

Just look up Dave Meltzer's list of 5 star matches for the year and use it as your guide lol. It'll bring you up to speed quickly

Rewatched it on The WWE Network (#ShamelessPlug). My God, what a match. Had the tag team titles been on the line, it would've been perfect
Some of three best in ring story telling you will ever see, what sucks is that it got lost in the shuffle of that awful ppv thanks to its moronic ending

I still have my ROH mods. :woot:

I admit..I am watching Scooby Doo Mania right now!

So, for the guys who watch Japanese wrestling...is there any major difference between Puro and American style in terms of psychology? Is it the same but approached another way?

- WWE has been using CM Punk's official WWE Facebook page to promote Undertaker-related items on WWE.com. This confirms to fans that hadn't already figured out that the company's staff occupies the pages, and not the talent.

- The Motley Fool website has a new article up looking at if the WWE Network will be able to handle the large amount of viewers tuning in for WrestleMania XXX live on April 6th. The article notes that WWE is taking the right steps and saying the right things about their efforts to make sure WrestleMania streams without problems but they're going into uncharted territory.

WWE issued the following statement to the website:

"Notwithstanding the overwhelmingly positive response to WWE Network, we want to ensure subscribers have the highest-quality experience watching WrestleMania 30 and all our programming, and thus have put in place significant quality assurances. These steps include increased capacity to handle high volumes of transactions, logins, and concurrent live streams, daily 'stress' testing of all systems over an extended period, and the addition of technology experts to review our plan and procedures. We're confident that we'll be ready on Sunday, April 6."

As noted earlier, Sting participated in a Q&A show at Camden Highlight Club in London last night. One thing worth mentioning is that Sting said that he had fond memories about the beach blonde Sting from the 1990's.

Sting also revealed that while he was in TNA, officials asked him to go back to it, but he then pointed out that he doesn't exactly have the hair to pull it off anymore.

It's very old school. I'll just use NJPW as an example. Despite the roster including a number of ex-WWE superstars (Shelton Benjamin, Luke Gallows, Harry Smith, Lance Hoyt, etc) New Japan has a much greater focus on the in-ring action. It's very sports based with promo packages(every time there's a championship match, there's a brief promo package highlighting every single competitor who ever won said championship belt), national press photographers at ringside, press conferences leading up to EVERY show they produce and after etc.

All the storytelling is in the ring. Even despite the energetic foreign commentary, you're able to get a grasp on feuds and psychology pretty quickly.

At it's best, the ring psychology is pretty similar in my opinion. Watch the Okada vs Tanahashi series in 2013 to get a good feel for it.

At it's worst, it can be a lot of stiffing and no-selling.

I have Fire Pro Wrestling Returns and I usually set a match at 800% speed.

IMPACT WRESTLING SPOILERS 3/27

* MVP comes out and talks about brawling with Abyss last week. He's interrupted by Magnus and Abyss. Magnus says Abyss has a contract with him, not MVP or TNA. MVP offers Abyss a title shot and announces Abyss vs. Samoa Joe vs. Magnus for the World Heavyweight Title for next week.

Our correspondent notes that this and other details were fuzzy based on the way they apparently taped out of order. Joe comes out and isn't happy about the match. Joe and Magnus brawl while MVP and Abyss brawl. Eric Young comes out and attacks Abyss. They clear the ring. MVP says instead, next will be Magnus vs. Joe, interrupted and for the title, and Young vs. Abyss. Young and Joe end up arguing. It ended with a 4-way being made.

* Gunner defeated James Storm in a no count out, no DQ match. This was described as a very brutal match. Gunner speared Storm through a table at ringside from inside the ring at one point. Gunner got the win after his finisher and a beer bottle shot to the head.

* Angelina Love calls out Velvet Sky. They argue about Madison Rayne and Angelina talks down to Velvet. Angelina mentions she will be facing Madison later on.

* The Wolves defeated Abyss and Magnus when Magnus tapped out. Abyss left with Magnus' World Heavyweight Title belt after the match was over

* Angelina Love defeated Madison Rayne in a non-title match. Velvet Sky was at ringside and slammed Madison on the floor when the referee wasn't looking.

* Samoa Joe defeated Eric Young.

* Bobby Roode and Ethan Carter III defeated Willow and Bully Ray in a tables match. Jeff Hardy left to the back after dropkicking Rockstar Spud out of his wheelchair. Ray was double teamed and put through the table for the win. After the match, they put Ray through two more tables.

IMPACT WRESTLING SPOILERS 4/3

* Magnus opens the show and calls out Abyss. Abyss is dressed in a suit because Magnus ordered him to. Magnus suckers Abyss in like they're friends until Eric Young runs in through the crowd. Magnus and Abyss end up beating Young down until Samoa Joe made the save.

* Brittany approaches Madison Rayne backstage and offers to be her tag team partner.

* Velvet Sky and Angelina Love defeated Brittany and Madison Rayne. The Beautiful People have a new theme, entrance and matching gear. They double teamed Brittany and pinned her for the win.

* Gunner comes out and talks about respecting veterans. He points out his father in the front row. Gunner talks to his dad until James Storm comes out. Storm runs his mouth and Gunner nails him. Storm ended up super kicking Gunner and handcuffing him to the ropes. Storm knocks Gunner's dad down and smashes a beer bottle on his head.

* Mr. Anderson comes out with a straight-jacket and calls Samuel Shaw to the ring. They have words and Anderson attacks. Anderson defeated Shaw by being the first one to get his opponent into the jacket and subdued.

* Kenny King returns and interrupts Tigre Uno vs. Sanada for the X Division Title before it starts. King says the X Division needs him and out comes MVP. They have words and King wants a match against MVP. MVP says there's no room for tonight and King gets in his face before pushing him. MVP accepts the challenge.

* Sanada defeated Tigre Uno with the X Division Title on the line.

* MVP and Kenny King fought to a no contest in an "exhibition match." They brawled until security and referees had to separate them.

* Magnus defeated Eric Young, Samoa Joe and Abyss in a Fatal 4 Way with the World Heavyweight Title on the line. Joe ended up taken to the back by referees after going down on the outside. Abyss had the match won but Magnus talked him into not taking the pin on Young. Abyss hesitated but went through with it. Magnus hit his finisher for the win and posed with Abyss to end the show.

I could never get the hang of Fire Pro Wrestling.

I caved in and watched the Scooby mania movie. Actually very entertaining. Would've been right at home with the old Scooby Doo movies. A reccomended rental with a lot of good jokes and cameos.

Wonder Girl, Artemis, Zatana, and Miss Martian watching Wrestlemania.

Watching the New Japan Cup, remind me to thank my brother for the Roku.

-- According to sources, Christopher Daniels' TNA contract expires in April while Frankie Kazarian's contract expires some time after that. We don't believe it's in April though. It should be noted that both TNA talents are booked for several WrestleMania 30 week indy events and not TNA's live events in Georgia. The two were also not booked for this week's iMPACT! TV tapings. We hope to have more on this shortly.

-- Austin Aries was a guest at the Philadelphia Phillies spring training session in Clearwater, Florida on Thursday.

-- Wrestle-1 will have a 20-man "Extreme Rules" Battle Royal tonight in Kyoto. The winner will face Sanada for the TNA X-Division Championship on March 22 at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

-- The Mid-South Legends website has a new audio interview with Jim Cornette, who talks about the Mid-South Legends fanfest and other topics.
