A christian club at my university tried to recruit me early Tuesday after one of my classes. They attacked me as I walked past their stupid billboard/table demo.

I ended up telling them how I worship Lucifer.

Hopefully they'll leave me alone now.. but I dunno.
you are my hero

I should do that more often:(

I'm talking about sins that are quite deliberate when we don't care about receiving the forgiveness of God. It's during those moments that forgiveness cannot be given, because the person will not repent. When the person has finally repented, no matter the sin, God forgives freely.

It's not about God holding back His forgiveness, but there isn't any forgiveness to give without repentence.

Actually, I'm at the point where I think this is the true meaning of "blaspheming the Spirit". It's not just cursing God but rather denying ( a life long denial ) of the need for forgiveness and the intercession of the Spirit. I know that's not exactly the point of contention here but I thought it was relevant.

That's my church's definition of blaspheming the Holy Spirit absolutely refusing to repent, no matter how God tries to lead you to that point.

After much study, I think that's correct. It's not just a one time display of rebellion but hardening one's heart time after time after time.

Absolutely, which is the point I made last night.

This guy must not realize that the whole point of a fruit is for it to be eaten (by whoever or whatever) so that the seeds within the fruit pass through the digestive tract and are expelled within a hefty amount of natural fertilizer. Nothing "magical" or "divine" about it, just pure logic. Fruits are literally made to be eaten so that the seeds can grow in your s**t. Plants want to reproduce, like everything else. Evolution helps out.

The only exception being the coconut, which is intentionally very difficult to eat. But as everyone knows, coconuts are stupid. It's not their fault, they mostly grow on small, deserted islands, and therefore can only reproduce within members of their own family. The inherent stupidity of coconuts is due to several millenia of inbreeding. ;)

No, I'm serious, coconuts are inbred and stupid. Look it up.
