The Flash - New Discovered Easter Egg

In the Flash season 3 episode 16 I noticed an Easter egg that I don’t think many people have noticed. At 27:01 we see 2 trains pass by in different directions, on the train going left you see a red man in it that looks just like Shazam. If you agree with me that it is Shazam please let me know.
