The Future of Venom

I am a huge Venom fan, I know everyone has their opinions on venom but I was wondeing what everyone thinks what the future holds instore for venom. Everyones opinion is welcome. I'm a newbie & I'd like to get to know everyone & how things work around here.

Rotting in the ground. That's pretty much it. And maybe someone will grave rob him for his fillings.

Venom will be a marvel staple for years...unfortunatley he is pretty psychotic and dangerous , so we will probably see some More fake deaths, different hosts, etc...But Im sure he'll always come back.

IGN just voted him the number 1 Spiderman villian and he will probably appear in the new Movie.

I think he'll be around for a long time.

Yeah. Unless he becomes a zombie or something, not likely. He's dead, and The Scorpion has his symbiot.

the future is venom is unknown eddie brock last i checked was lying in a church with his wrists cut .and for the suit it was last seen on the scorpion i hope it dont stay on him its just wrong if venom appears in the movie there a good chance that venom will be back with brock too in the comics.

He came to terms with him having cancer & he sold the venom suit for a church orgnaization or something like that. After he learned about angelo dying he slit his wrists & thats all we know.

No. He found God, and decided to sell the symbiote in order to raise money for charity.

Here's the deal:


Brock was a devoit catholic. Always has been. He's just also bat**** crazy, which is why he used the suit to skill Spidye. Eventually, he realized the error of his ways after seeing some religious movie (most likely the passion). He auctioned off his suit to the mob, and some mobster's son bought it so he could be some big bad underwolrd badass.. The kid fought Spider-Man, killed a bunch of people, and then the suit abandoned him and he fell to his death. Brock, after hearing about this, commited suicide out of guilt. The suit then found The Scorpion and bonded with him.

It was in Mark Millar's Marvel Knights Spider-Man run. Good read, although the ending was rather cliche.

The thing is that in the comic it didn't show eddie dying but there hasn't been any word otherwise since.

Yeah. It's more or less the same, except we can see his eyes surrounded by the white eyes of the suit, and the spider design on the chest is changed a bit.

I just viewed the marvel universe strenght levels & it had venom at 10 ton & scorpion at 15 ton. Since scorpion is stronger than venom according to that wouldn't scorpion as venom be higher than 15 ton?

Eddie is gonna be back, come on superheroes and villians die all the time. More than once have we actually seen a character die who came back. Norman Osbourne alone has died several times. So why should we believe that Eddie Brock, who was seen dyING is truly dead. I mean I know it hasn't said anything against it, but you can survive slitting your wrists and Marvel has to realize that Eddie Brock is a much more popular Venom than the Scorpion (Or that stupid ass female Venom). Also, what is with the symbiote hate lately, first Carnage now Venom.

On the subject of Carnage I didn't read that issue of New Avengers, is Cledus Cassidy still alive or was he with the symbiote when Sentry ripped it apart.
