Looking at pictures of the School Book Depository, it doesn't appear to be happening there, but could this be somewhere nearby, just after the shooting?

I believe from Magneto's clothing, from the viral site and from the above pics, they match.

That scene isn't occurring during the Kennedy assassination. That building is Montreal City Hall, and it serves as a stand in for a hotel in Paris.

I wonder if Henry Kissinger will be shown.
