So anyone who knows me knows I'm a rock/metal fan in general, but I'm a casual rap listener as well. I just heard Ghostface Killah's Twelve Reasons to Die from 2013.....wow that was awesome.

Speaking of Ghostface, you might like Run The Jewels. It's a great collab with him and El-P. Another fantastic rapper.

Can't believe El and Mike are releasing Run The Jewels 2 for free. Dudes ain't doing this for the money, that's for sure.

I already had mine pre ordered. Gonna buy it and support the only team putting out good albums to me.

Same. They gave their first one away for free and it was definitely one of the highlights of last year.

Here's the video too "Never Catch Me" by Flying Lotus and Kendrick Lamar.

Go listen to the new Run the Jewels track "Close Your Eyes (And Count to F***)"

It's crazy

Too Many T's who do golden Age hip hop records have a free new EP on their website.

Ugh I was supposed to be going seeing Run The Jewels tomorrow nite at Exit/In in Nashville but I can't make it. Saw Sadistik, Cas One, Maulskul and Cage in August but had to leave before Cage's set. It was cool though, I was there more for Sadistik but Cas One and Maulskul both tore that **** up. Sadistik was absolutely amazing to see live though. Such raw energy

Rob Sonic's newest cd Alice In Thunderdome is really damn good. I'm ready for his and Aesop Rock's new Hail Mary Mallon cd Bestiary. They're flows and styles are just so unique and compliment each other so well it's mesmerizing. i can't post a link cuz it cusses but their new single Kiln is so good and Rob actually tops Aesop which I never thought I'd be saying. No way I'm missing their tour this'll be my second time seeing them cuz on the Skelethon tour they did all different stuff, not just Aesop's stuff

It's so good! They put it up for free so I'm going that route. I actually paid for Sadistik's Ultraviolet, chucked over 40$ for the shirt and his lyrics book too and I also bought Rob Sonic's Alice In Thunderdome on bandcamp. Funds are tight for me right now so the next things I'll actually be purchasing are Hail Mary Mallon's sophomore effort Bestiary and probably Weerd Science's Red Light Juliet 3 if that's still happening. 2 was a massive improvement over 1 even though I still love it
