Joker "The Joker" in development with Todd Phillips and Martin Scorsese attached? - Part 2

Did they keep Joker's "last joke" he tells the same? If so can't wait for the reaction to that lol

I'm also really curious about the music and the soundtrack
He says it. The whole ending is almost the same. And he didn't tell me about the original soundtrack, but the music they use is very good. "Send in the Clowns" plays during the best scene of the film on his opinion.

I really appreciate your info on the script and film! Probably in my top 3 anticipated films for the rest of this year!

They're really trying to tie every song they use to the main character :funny:

Just PLEASE tell me there's some Mike Patton in there. Like some good ol' Mr. Bungle.

That would make it THE Joker movie

It really does feel like they could go either way, but I do get more of the unreliable narrator vibe from the trailer than anything else.

We even see what looks like a fantasy of his in that shot of the curtains getting pulled

I think we can all agree of the "problematicness" of the movie.

I think that those who denounce it do have a point.

Will I go see it and maybe enjoy it?

Also yes.

It's not any more problematic than forcing citizens to kill a Wayne Enterprises employee, or else you'll blow up a hospital.

To be fair, he did wait until the hospital was empty.

Biggest thing I’m curious about, is if they go with an unreliable narrator vibe for this or if it’s a straight origin.
For some reason I got the feeling that it's gonna be implied that it's left up to the viewer to decide that.

I think we are both referring to different things.

Always a little wary of people who speak on behalf of everyone.
But I am the true ambassador of the opinion of humanity.

:yay:

Lets leave all this talk and just watch Phoenix get into character before filming :gngl:

Joaquin is gonna be so good in this film

They should retrofit that cover into a poster, like how that Interstellar Empire cover became one of the posters.
