Street Fighter was on tv last night here in England, and I have to say that I re-watched it - largely because of this thread.

Everytime she was on screen, I just couldnt stop staring at her, erm, 'form'.

Kreuk's nice and everything (in a 'girl next door' kinda way) but damn, Ming-Na was hot as hell as Chun-L; a filled out, curvy, sexy woman.

Everytime we got a flash of her shapely legs....................niiice.

I'd say watch it, if only for a laugh; If you go into it knowing what to expect and dis-engage your brain, it can be quite fun.

You'll feel dirty afterwards though.

but she is nowhere near as hot as Ming Na was as Chun li.

It might be tolerable on TV and there's nothing else on, but that's it. It might be entertaining if one's drunk or stoned, but for everyone else, a must-avoid.

Tv shows execute stuff like this on a lower budget all the time.

Not really any longer than other Movie titles.

Anyway, do some of you already have some box office predictions? So, this movie took apparently 60 million to produce. I don't understand why it would even cost this much for a martial arts revenge flick. Do you think it will make it's money back? Or maybe even fail worse than Punisher did?

My guess is 10-15 mil opening weekend. I doubt it makes it production back domestically.

I guess with so many SF characters in this movie, they might as well drop the "Legend of Chun Li" title and just call it Street Fighter, although a SF movie without Ryu and Ken just doesn't feel like a true SF movie.

Here's a list with low box office takes. Pluto Nash must have the worst box office take. It cost 100mil to produce and it earned domestically only 4 1/2mil.

A SF movie to me just doesn't even feel like a movie anyways Just make a video game and sell more copies that movie tickets.

Well, back to Street Fighter: The end of a Movie franchise. I still can't believe how bad this movie looks. The script and plot actually aren't all that bad, it does stick closely to Chun Li's background. Just a few changes and this movie would look a whole lot different.

Okay is anyone else getting TV spots saying the movie is showing on "Friday only"? I live in Atlanta GA and I am seeing these tv spots. to is it seems odd to that.
