Okay, I actually looked before starting this thread, so if there's something similar to it somewhere, I'm sorry I didn't find it.
You know when you're reading something and all of a sudden something just pops out at you and you think 'wha...? but I thought...' or 'why didn't they just______?' Well, here is a place to bring it up.
Anything from those little inconsistencies/unexplained things (like how Pietro is able to carry people at super-speed even through the wind resistence and inertia would probably make their eyeballs pop out of their sockets because they're not adapted to deal with it
) to the larger plot twists that come out of nowhere or go unresolved (like that weird dude in the 90's X-Factor issues who seemed like he wanted to cross over from a different time/dimention and rid Genosia of mutants forever but got lost in the kerfuffle when Peter David left the series 
).
