Take off the bandannas and that would be a killer design for a Battletoads reboot.

Yeah, their bodies do look frog-like. Especially Donatello's. I do like the color scheme. Reminds me of the first wave of playmates TMNT action figures color scheme from the 80's.

Oddly enough, the heights of the turtles in that pic are spot on with our actors for the new film.

Maybe the new games designs are gonna be similar to the new film's.

If that's the case I hope they're only a bit similar to the game designs. Even without the nostrils and with plated stomack-shell they could do a lot better with the designs.
They described this game continuity to be somewhat related to the Nickelodeon animated show like what Arkham Asylum was for Batman TAS. A more gritty take on the universe while kinda being the same universe but not

I honestly hope the movie look is a combo of the original Movie look, the Nickelodeon cartoon, Out of the Shadows, the 2007 and original Mirage look in some of the faces(particularly Raph and maybe Leo)
