I thought it was pretty obvious what my last name was, so when I first signed up for Facebook years ago I picked the option to have that last initial instead of my whole last name. I used to be the exact same way. I've come out little by little over.the past few years. Most of my friends know I'm a nerd now and I've received just a little mockery.
