Nope...how long should the riddle go for? Is there a time limit, or does it go until someone gets it no matter what?

You can keep giving hints and keep it going for as long as you like. Or if you think it's gone on long enough you can spill it and start a new one. Basically you're in control untill someone guesses it. After that the person who guessed it is in control.
