I felt guilty that I said some harsh things about him when the theatrical cut of DD was released and I was disappointed with the movie, but then the truth slowly showed up and the director´s cut proved to be a vast improvement over the released version and also became public how he had to struggle with Fox with everything - just to put horns and a double D on the costume were big battles, for instance. My respect for him has grown more and more over the years, especially for being a fan´s fan, who isn´t afraid to actually go out there on the Internet and take the heat and criticisms.

That is his best quality IMO.

He IS the fan's fan..., and he does a lot more for us than we deserve from him. That is why I hope I get to meet and work with him someday!

Definitely agree, I think as an aspiring film maker it is very inspiring to see a film maker whose made it into the business and still reaches out to the fans. Because, in the end that's what counts. The audience plays a big part in what makes a movie. So, when and hopefully if I get out there I'm definitely going to follow in MSJ's inspiring footsteps and reach out to the ones who count most, especially concerning these comic book properties- the fans.

I'm also an aspiring film maker, and MSJ has inspired me to think of not only what i want in a film, but what the fans want most importantly! He even gave me advice on what to do when I get to Hollywood...now that is cool!

I really hope I get to meet MSJ someday (well, that's pretty likely) and I REALLY want to work with him sometime on a film! He just inspires the sh:t right out of me! t:

He said to expect a lot of walls infront of you when you get to Hollywood (which I do expect) and that you have to find the thing you like to write/direct (your niche) in order to really make a great film, or atleast start your career off.

So, I was reading in the transcript from the recent Empire Webchat featuring MSJ, and he said that someone keeps sending him a thing for blood samples but with no return address...this got me thinking, MSJ is ACTUALLY one of the few people who look at their fan mail...so, I am thinking about sending him something.

And I know that over the past couple of months that he has sent some of our fellow Hypesters some stuff (FlameHead and BIGGUN I know for sure)...so I am wondering, does anyone know an address/email for the fans/etc. that I can send MSJ something in?

Or better yet, maybe he will long on...and tell me himself. I know he's a very cool guy and loves the fans, so I'm thinking that he would like to receive what I might send to him.

But, if anyone knows...it'd be great to have it.

I was wondering that as well...I am not sure.

I know it was wrong of me to ask so publicly for his home address, and I really was just looking for a fan address/email...but I figured it was the only way I would've gotten any results.

Sorry guys. I was actually never looking for "MSJ's Home Address" (because unless you know him, then that is a bit creepy)...I just didn't think I would get any results asking for something else. All I want is an address/email that I can send him something through to where he will actually get it and actually read it himself.
