Andrew is to Spider-Man what Christopher Reeve is to Superman. Perfect casting on an almost spiritual level. Tragic he never got to be in a fittingly great movie, as much as I have a soft spot for the Amazing franchise with its many many faults.

The closest we got to no interference was Far From Home since it was a fake Nick Fury for 97% of the movie but Spidey wasn't even in New York for most of it.

Homecoming has its moments but I really struggle to see the character in Holland at all. Just feels unrecognizable.

I remember that Toy Fair show in 2009 that had posters promoting Raimi's Spider-Man 4 & Spectacular Spider-Man season 3. Anyway, I want to live in that alternate universe
