I just got a job three nights a week asa Bouncer at my sister's bar for $20 an hour cash under the table

Are you going to intimdate drunks with your wooden spoon?

Not as much as I should.

I do weights though...I am not a weak man.

I pretty much only do the weights cause they are in my basement and I don't have to leave the house to do it.

Bench, Curls, Military Press, Squats.

I need a new weight set though....the ones I have are old and I don't have any more weight to add to the bar....

wow, I thought I was the only one who lifted around here. How much do you put up?

Haven't a clue, my weigts are 110 lbs plus the bar and I can bench and curl that no problem.

Hence I need new weights....Hmmmm....I might go buy some.

Yeah......I think the 'No Problem' from above was an overstatement, but yes I can.

Tell me Saint.....and I think I know the answer...Have you ever created and written your own characters?

I dunno....I don't really count, I just do it for while then I'll switch...next time I do it I'll count.

110 pounds on bicep curl is definitely a lot. I don't think I see many pro body builders doing that much...I can hammer curl 50 in each hand about 6 times and I work my biceps like hell.

Okay so I was wrong, it's 80 pounds plus the bar (Which is the old thin style)...don't know how I got 110, and I curled it ten times before I stopped.

I don't know if that's good or not.

Back in Highschool I used to do Olympic Style Weightlifting....Odd for a guy of my height to do that, just used it as a way to keep in shape between football season, won a couple of competetitions though...well in my Weight class anyway.

Yeah I don't think I could curl 110 pounds regularely...maybe up once.

I'd hardly call myself a GymRat, though when I get back from my trip I plan to go a lot more regularely....I should be in better shape than this at 24.

I'm trying to get back into the shape I was in back in 2003-04. Physically I'm stronger, but I'm not as flexible or as cardiovascularly fit. I keep dealing with back, shoulder, and knee injuries. I was benching about 360 until I hurt my shoulder something fierce 2 months ago. I can't even lift my cat up with my arm it's gotten so painful.
