Sooooo, I busted open my HOM boxset today and man o man is the Iron Man kick ass or what. I love it. The sculpt is awesomely close to the source material. Actually, the whole boxset is close. Only thin that sux was the small stature of Inhuman Torch (especially the stubby arms). The It is ridiculously close to the source material.

He makes me so sad.

How's Hulky? I had my eye on him. He may actually take the slot for my main Hulk. Since I'm anti-comic accuracy in most cases, it fits my collection.

Lemme be the first to say that the It is the best ML scale Thing EVER!!!

OK, he has the bulk and excellent rock sculpting we want, geat articulation without going overboard. He's huge. Sculpt is awesoely close to the source material. I shed a tear feeling his pain. His face, its so sorrow filled.

And did I mention he has articulated thumbs AND each finger has a joint at the knuckle and the middle of the finger??? He can have his fingers straight out YET fold them in to make fists. He's great.

An awesome custom using the It's body with the head of any of the other ML Things (exceot the FA) would be a great 616 Thing.

Today I was fortunate enough to find a Jakks 1 of 500 Rey Mysterio fig from the RA series 22. At Wal-Mart in Superior, Wisconsin of all places.

The leather belt it comes with is amazing. Although I'd trade it in a heartbeat for a 1/500 Kurt Angle.

I'll post pics when I can for non-believers.

ML1 Thing has that classic headsculpt. It'd mesh well IMO.
