Whether it's good or bad i'm keeping an open mind when watching the trailer.

Regardless the movie turns out good or bad, I just wish it wont be another Supergirl kind of thing all ober again where the main protagonists keep referring to their sexuality/gender in every corners. I just want something fresh.

Well...

The parts that I expected to love, I loved. The ghosts, the proton packs, the particle streams, the music, Kristen Wiig.

But the parts that I expected to hate, I did in fact hate. Loud, screamy, slap-stick, obnoxious characters being loud and obnoxious and slapping each other. McCarthy didn't bother me as much as usual, but she is still just doing what she always does.

Oh well.

Well, the ghosts looked good...

Everything else though, just as expected. Everyone's loud and obnoxious. McKinnon will probably be their only saving grace, too bad she's not paired up with a better team.

I liked it and I'm not a much of a fan of the originals. The ghosts are really cool.

I actually liked most of it. But the bits with McKinnon licking the weapon and Leslie Jones trying to unpossess McCarthy did nothing for me.

Is this a sequel? It feels like it's a sequel...like the original Ghostbuster team exists in this universe but is retired. I hope that's the case.

I have been against this movie for a while because of the silly gimmick excuse to make this nostalgic full reboot which i thought was stupid.

But today when i see there was a trailer was online and i stopped for a moment and decided to put it behind me while watch it and judge it on its own merits... and yeah... i wasn't impressed, that humour really isn't ghostbusters, the characters in the original had personality but were alot more subtle then hey look its the stereotypical typical black lady

I dunno if it was bad but it wasn't good

It's okay. Basically hitting on the familiar stuff but not really selling the new stuff well.

McKinnon looks like she will be the highlight.
