In my opinion I would keep Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman, and Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern

Green Lantern was a bad film overall, but Ryan Reynolds turned out to be a damn good Hal Jordan in my opinion (despite naysayers).

Justice League having a different Superman & GL than Cavill and Reynolds would just be wierd, I really hope WB decides to atleast bring those two back for their respective roles.

I feel like Cavill is going to be the next "face" of the DC movie franchise. I say as long as he spearheads the movie, it'd be okay if they had different actors for Green Lantern and EVEN Batman (*runs and hides*)

There's no point in necessarily keeping Bale UNLESS you're going to directly tie future films to the Nolanverse. Bale's got the role as long as he wants it but if Nolan's character history is going to have to be altered for a JLA movie, or if the character itself is going to be closer to a JLA-type Bats recasting is absolutely fine. I'm fully in support of continuing to use Bale, but I'm open to the notion of others people playing Batman in a new continuity.
