Hungry Jacks is more on par with Hardee's/Carl's Jr and not so much a "copyright" issue...

basically Burger King wanted to expand to Australia and Jack Cowin wanted to bring it to Australia, so he bought into the company (its more like franchising to a country or region than anything else)

that's why half the US is Carl's Jr and the other half is Hardees...

^^^ that one isn't considered fast food, but its interesting that they can only have the name in the Mattoon area and the fast food chain can't use the name, so Mattoon will never be able to have a BK in it.

id wager a part of reason they were also allowed to keep the name in the mattoon area other than filing for the name, was the fact they werent a franchised chain nor considered themselves "fast food"

I never ate there but have close friends that have. They were saying at some point the Mattoon BK owners just weren't interested in NOT allowing the fast food chain not to use the name

Our Target hasn't had too much come in that's new other than the Doc Strange poster and the Hasbro figures. I kind of want the levitating Strange too other than Mordo

You probably could! the new one retails at $60, but no one has them in stock, except eBay from $200-2000.00. F all that noise!
